The Organization

​The Spanish Club is an organization at Southeastern Louisiana University. Our goal is to promote the Spanish Language and Culture. We have several meetings each semester including games intended on building knowledge, meetings at Mexican Restaurants to practice Spanish, and fundaisers to supprt our Studetns going on Study Abroad Programs.

The Members

Located at Southeastern Louisiana University, our members are students at Southeastern with a great variety of majors. A Spanish major or minor is not required for membership, just a desire to learn more about the Spanish Language and Culture.

The Events

We have a variety of events each semester. Each semester is different, but we try to have a couple fundraisers each semester, a couple of games to help develop language skills, and several meetings at local Mexican restaurants. Please see the calander for current events. Event time and locations are subject to change.

THE WORLD CAN BE YOURS!

Our goal at Southeastern is to spread the knowledge about the Spanish Language and Culture. Our events are aimed at exposing students to the hispanic world, opening doors, and providing support to travel the world.

Our fundraisers support a Study Abroad Scholarship that is used to help send students on our Study Abroad Program to Valencia, Spain.
